Day Fourteen: Say Yes To Plan & Purpose
"Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails." Proverbs 19:21
The most extraordinary plans we have for ourselves are no comparison to the plans of God. Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Sometimes the circumstances of life don't align with the plans we have made for ourselves, our families, and our future. Sometimes, hope feels like something just out of our grasp or like a distant dream. There may be times when doubt creeps in, and you start to question why certain things are happening.
No matter the circumstance, take heart, knowing God has better plans for us than we can imagine, and He desires for you to have a life of purpose. God has a plan when you don't know which way to go. Remind yourself each day that God's promises never change, and trust that God loves you and cares more than you can ever imagine about you, your family, and your future. When you start to feel discouraged, remember that you were made for more!
DECLARATION/PRAYER: In 2023, I declare that God is with me always. I have renewed my faith and trust in God's plan and purpose for my life. I say "Yes" to God even when I don't know or understand His plans because His ways are greater than mine. In Jesus' name, I declare this over my life. Amen.
