DECEMBER CHALLENGE

I love pushing myself and know I can accomplish something new. I want to do a challenge and invite you to do it with me. Of course, you may not follow what I am doing but develop your plan. That's great! That's the point!

December challenge

  • Wake up 6 - 7 AM
  • Intermittent fasting, with an eating window 12 - 7 PM
  • Fast one day a week
  • Individual family time with my tribe
  • Get Christmas shopping done
  • Participate in "Love Where You Live"
  • Wise Up: Read/Meditate on a Proverb a day
  • Renew My Mind: Memorize 3 new passages of Scripture
  • Workout daily (Monday - Friday)
  • Drink 110 ounces of water daily
  • Stay rested. 
  • Unplug from technology.
